Outsourcing Items
As an added service to our Customers, when we are not presently servicing an item ourselves, our Outsourcing Department will process your item through a qualified outsource vender at competitive pricing. Please call Customer Service if you have any questions concerning the service of an item.
Emergency Repair Services
You may order an Emergency Repair Service to ensure that your item is serviced immediately. These items are expedited ahead of all other items. If we can provide this service at no extra charge, we will, otherwise a premium will be Quoted.

CT’s, CET’s, and Engineers are assigned to the repair based on qualifications and experience. Schematics and test procedures are available from our library. Dynamic and static test functions are performed on each board.

Load Tested
Our Technicians ensure reliability. Repairs are tested under actual load.
Quality Control
A final check to ensure that the item has been repaired to the correct specifications. Repairs are anti-static packed with our written repair report. ISO 9001-2008 registered.
