In Plant Calibration
If your environment permits, we can set up a controlled calibration environment within your plant. Tools and equipment will be calibrated and will be available for use usually within a few hours.
In plant calibration services are fulfilled by our most skilled and experienced technicians and are traceable to national standards, complete with calibration reports and stickers. Documentation and procedures have been certified to meet and exceed the most stringent industrial Quality Standards.
Marsh provides cost effective highly specialized In-Plant solutions to all your pressure, temperature, level and flow instrumentation and controls including Recorders, Controllers, Indicators, Transmitters, Valves and Analyzers.
How it Works
We Assess your Needs
We begin by assessing your calibration environment and needs. The service best applies to plants and facilities working with a large number of instruments and tools requiring calibration.
Environment Setup
Our technicians and Technologists will work with your plant staff and set up a dedicated calibration environment, complete with NIST/NRC traceable standards within your plant.
Carry out Calibrations
Your in plant calibration environment will now be able to assist with instrument diagnostics, calibrations and tests, right within your plant, without the need to ship any instruments back to the Marsh Metrology Lab.

Marsh Metrology offers a flexible calibration service scope based on your needs. You may choose between:
Accredited Calibration
The ISO 17025:2017 accredited calibration option is perfect for clients demanding a higher calibration standard or are required by clients, or governing bodies to have their instruments calibrated in accordance to the ISO 17025:2017 standard.
Traceable Calibration
The Traceable Calibration option is ideal for clients who do not require ISO 17025:2017 accredited calibration. Additionally, you may opt for a pass-fail calibration only. Our calibration process is ISO 17025:2017 accredited.
Your calibration will include a traceable certificate, stating that your instruments are calibrated with standards traceable to NRC and NIST
Your certificate will indicate wether your instruments pass calibration within the standard requirements.
Additionally, you may opt to calibrate your equipment to non-standard, custom specifications and ranges.
